Plenty of people have probably said this, I know its an old take but I just have to say how much I love it. The fact that Hockey is now on ESPN and TNT and there is a hockey version of NBA on TNT where they have Biznasty sitting up there with The Great One who now will be forever known as WayneO to me (I’m not sure exactly how to spell that), is so awesome! I have the Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+ bundle and for $20 a month I get all the content on Hulu and Disney+ then I get everything that already came with ESPN+ and also now I pretty much get to watch almost every NHL game on ESPN+.
I Love hockey it is probably my second favorite sport to watch now with college football now taking the number 1 spot and NFL now sliding to number three. Betting on hockey is very fun because things can change so fast, goals can happen so fast and at one point I was very good at it but after covid I’ve honestly been meh.
I also think this is also great exposure to help grow the game because before this deal I think the only nationally televised games were on Wednesday and then you’d get a couple on the weekend but now you get a couple during the week and the weekend between ESPN and TNT and now I would guess a lot of people fo have the bundle I have and if you want to get into hockey it is much more accessible because there is always at least Ione game on ESPN+ now.
I just want everyone to love and appreciate hockey like I do and then get into the Stanley Cup Playoffs because they are by far the best playoffs out there, anything can happen.
